The eRisk Hub®, from NetDiligence®, is a private, web-based portal with information and technical resources that empower organizations to combat cyber losses with minimal, controlled, and predictable costs.

The eRisk Hub's subscription-based service features news, content, and services from leading practitioners in risk management, information security, privacy, computer forensics, forensic accounting, identity theft prevention, crisis communications, legal counsel, and other highly specialized areas of cyber risk.

Basic services of the eRisk Hub include:

•	Incident Roadmap — Provides a comprehensive guide to the steps to take in the event of a breach.
•	News Center — Monitors breach events and trends.
•	Learning Center — Offers best-practices articles, white papers and on-demand webinars.
•	Risk Manager Tools — Helps manage cyber risk more effectively.
•	eRisk Resources Directory — Features qualified third-party providers of breach-related services.

The eRisk Hub portal is available in three subscription-based formats:

Direct Subscription for Companies, Non-profits and Public

Entities — This level of subscription includes all of the basic services listed above and entitles the organization to three individual users, typically the Risk Manager, Compliance Manager, Privacy Officer, IT Operations Manager, or Legal Counsel.

Pro Subscription for Companies, Non-profits and Public

Entities — This level of subscription allows an organization to use the eRisk Hub portal as an extension of its intranet. It includes all the basic services of a Direct subscription. PLUS, the organization can brand the portal, customize the information displayed, and add proprietary content. Pricing is based on organization size and level of customization.

License for Insurers and Brokers — This level of subscription allows an insurance agency or broker to license the eRisk Hub portal on behalf of its policyholders. Like the Pro Subscription, insurers/brokers can brand the portal, customize the information displayed and add proprietary content. Licenses and pricing are based on the number of users and level of customization.
